Fusion Dance Center provides a professionally focused, student-centered instructional program.
Our Medford dance studio group classes start and end promptly, providing an intensive 60 minute workout. Private lessons are scheduled in half-hour slots. POLICIES
Tuition and Payment
- Registration Fee - $25 yearly per family
- Payment is accepted by check, money order or cash. (Please personally hand deliver cash to a Director; do not mail or leave envelope in drop box)
- Tuition remains the same amount from September through June regardless of the number of classes in the month.
- Tuition is always due on the 1st day of each month and is considered late if not received by the 10th of each month.
- Payment received after the 10th incurs a $15 late fee which should be included with that tuition payment. If not received with that payment, $15 is added to your account and is due and payable immediately.
- All classes must be pre-registered.
- Students will be charged and responsible for payment of tuition unless a “DROP Form” is received before the 1st day of the month (Drop forms are available at the studio)
- A penalty fee of $25 will be applied to your account for each check returned for Insufficient Funds (ISF) and is payable immediately.
- Failure to make payments on a timely and sound basis may result in termination of the student’s instruction.
Requests for Refunds/Cancellations/Make Up Classes
Due to the popularity and number of classes, our dance class schedule is tight; therefore, we do not offer reschedules/make-up classes or refunds. All students are expected to attend the classes to which they have committed and registered.
Observing Classes
Observers and parents may watch Fusion Dance Center classes any time through our viewing windows as long as this does not disrupt students, teachers, or other operations. If asked to leave for any reason, observers are to do so quietly and quickly.
Participation in Annual End-of-the-Year Recital
Every student whose tuition/fees are paid up-to-date will have an opportunity to perform on stage, demonstrating their dancing skill and progress to their family and friends. The proper costume must be purchased and worn by student.
Picture Day
Photo sessions are taken of our student classes once a year. While there is no requirement that students purchase the photo package, every student is required to attend the photo session. This is because the presence of every class member completes the memory for all the others in the class.
